BlogTagged: Six Interesting Things

Well, while I'm not a huge fan of blog memes, every once in a while I do get caught up in a particularly interesting quiz or survey or what have you. And Chelsea sent me a snail-mail Christmas card this year, so when she tagged me I figured, hey, I can indulge that. Don't worry though, I won't tag anyone else. I don't mind being "it" for eternity, I'll take one for the collective blogging team. d^_^b

Welcome to Content Management!

I apologize in advance to my registered users, who will have to re-register. :-( But please, leave a comment and let me know what you think of my new site!

That said: what's this? Playing with websites? It must be summer!

Okay, so it's not quite summer. Next week I have to do the write-on competition for the law review, and I still need to turn in one last paper. But yes, when I have time, I like to update my site.

Three Cheers for Blogging

Over a year ago, I taught myself some CSS and put up a personal webpage for the first time since 1999. I put up some writing samples and overall I think it does a nice job.

But in these crazy days of Blogspot and Myspace, hand-scripting HTML whenever I want to update my page with a little rant or what have you just seemed… primitive. I’m a law student, not a web programmer, or I might feel a lot worse about making use of a software package like Wordpress. But I do consider myself tech-savvy (read: snobbish geek) and I do have my own TLD.
